Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in Franklin, TN to own the demand generation engine and create content for campaigns. You will partner with Marketing leaders to translate strategy into multi-channel programs and nurture content that generates qualified leads.

The role involves building an engine for blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture emails, with collaboration across Product Marketing, Events, and SDR teams. A data-driven, self-directed professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in demand generation or growth marketing (B2B).
• Experience in healthcare tech or RCM is a plus.
• Proficient with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Strong writing and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels.
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on campaign performance against revenue goals.
• Manage the demand generation budget, tracking spend against ROI and reallocating based on channel performance.
• Own funnel content end-to-end: blog posts, ebooks/guides, landing pages, and nurture email copy that fuel campaigns.
• Ensure all campaign content reflects current positioning and messaging maintained by the Director, Product Marketing.
• Establish a scalable, repeatable content calendar and production workflow.
• Build and manage lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows inside HubSpot, working within lead scoring and routing logic.
• Partner with the GTM Engineer on campaign-specific automation needs and data requirements, without owning the underlying tech stack.
• Monitor and troubleshoot campaign-level workflow issues, escalating systemic issues as needed.
• Partner with Events on webinar and event promotion strategy, goals, and post-event lead nurture.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns reflect current narrative and competitive messaging.
• Work with SDR on lead handoff, MQL quality feedback, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign data to identify what’s working and optimize for MQL volume, conversion rate, and CAC.
• Stay current on emerging channels and AI-powered marketing/tools, piloting new tactics.
