Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Manager of Demand Generation in the United States to own the multi-channel demand generation engine and, as the first dedicated content hire, craft blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content. This role collaborates with Product Marketing and the GTM Engineer to translate positioning into campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related B2B role.
• Healthcare, healthcare tech, or complex B2B industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels.
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on campaign performance against revenue goals.
• Manage the demand generation budget and ROI-focused allocations.
