Job summary

Muck Rack is a fully distributed company seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to own the pages and analytics that power campaigns. You will turn briefs and Figma files into live, fast pages and manage measurement with GA4 and GTM.

Focus on web production, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing. Candidates should bring 2–4 years in related roles, CMS experience (Contentful/WordPress/HubSpot/Webflow), and a solid handle on HTML/CSS.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in web production, digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing ops.
• Hands‑on experience building pages in a modern CMS or visual site builder (Contentful, WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow).
• Hands‑on experience in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4; built tags, triggers and events.
• Comfortable with HTML and CSS; able to read and adapt simple JavaScript.
• Understand funnels and why pages convert or not.
• Proactively incorporate AI tools to improve productivity and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and release landing pages, templates, and site sections from Figma and briefs.
• Coordinate with design, content, product marketing, and engineering into a quarterly sprint plan.
• QA launches across browsers/devices before going live; maintain site health.
• Own GA4 and GTM; maintain dataLayer, event taxonomy, and conversion tracking.
