UCC Environmental LLC is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Leader to own our WordPress-based websites, manage Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, and optimize for AI-search visibility. You will build measurement foundations with GA4, GTM, and Search Console, and turn data into actionable insights for revenue growth.

You will coordinate with Sales for campaigns, launches, and major events, while guiding marketing automation discussions and tool evaluations as we scale.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with growing technical ownership.
• Proven results managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns and budgets.
• Hands-on experience administering websites in WordPress; Kadence and/or Elementor experience strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console, including setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking.
• Experience analyzing marketing performance and turning data into clear reports and recommendations.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO (indexing, redirects, schema, sitemaps, and page speed) and experience partnering with SEO agencies to implement recommendations.
• Track record leading multi-stakeholder projects or events with defined budgets and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own UCC's digital properties, including websites and acquired-brand sites, using WordPress, Kadence, and Elementor.
• Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns with testing of targeting, bidding, and creatives.
• Develop landing pages and conversion paths to generate qualified leads and support product launches and trade shows.
• Lead SEO and AI-search visibility efforts with an SEO partner and perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Own GA4, GTM, and Search Console setup, including events, conversions, and consent settings.
• Create dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI and translate data into actionable guidance for leadership.
• Define and govern marketing tools, lead capture and handoff processes to Sales, and implement marketing automation when approved.
• Lead end-to-end marketing projects including website launches and integrations of acquired brands.
