Muck Rack is a fully distributed company seeking a creative, organized and metrics-driven Social Media Manager to guide strategy and content, protect the brand on social, and drive engagement across platforms.

You will develop and execute social media strategies for B2B SaaS, monitor conversations, and report results while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in social media management.
• Experience developing social media strategies for B2B software/SaaS brands.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social or similar platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with company goals and campaigns.
• Develop creative and engaging copy for campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, communications and marketing on strategy, measurement and execution.
• Engage with PR and comms professionals, journalists and media-adjacent audiences on social platforms.
• Monitor social media mentions and respond in a timely manner.
• Analyze and report on results.
• Manage social media calendar, publish and schedule posts.
