Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing with leadership experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing.
• Experience managing and scaling significant DTC advertising budgets.
• Experience in subscription health/telehealth or similar business.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy across all channels.
• Oversee paid acquisition, affiliates, creative, funnels, CRO, email/SMS, analytics, and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with Product on analytics, attribution, tracking tools, and integrations.
• Set KPIs, budgets, and priorities for the marketing team.
• Lead testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
• Ensure data-driven decision making and scalable growth.
