Job summary

Intellum is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to own qualified pipeline and drive top-of-funnel demand. This senior, hands-on leader collaborates with the CMO, Sales, Product Marketing, and Audience & Content to scale revenue using agentic AI workflows and multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing.
• Built agentic workflows with Claude, Clay, or n8n and MCP integration.
• Led pipeline creation from events, partners, original research, or advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly qualified-pipeline targets in count and dollars.
• Run agentic workflows behind growth and automate research and routing.
• Lead demand gen programs with events, partners, and customer marketing.
• Manage multi-channel GTM campaigns with Sales and other teams.
• Improve conversion from first engagement to qualified opportunity.
• Direct outside spend and manage vendors for creative, web, and analytics.
• Coach SDRs and keep Sales aligned on qualified opportunities.
