Intellum is a remote-first leader in corporate education technology, powering large-scale learning programs worldwide. The Growth Marketing Director owns the top-of-funnel demand engine and leads a hands-on, senior team to hit qualified-pipeline targets across enterprise accounts.

The role collaborates with the CMO, Sales, Product, and Content teams, driving 1:1 to 1:many plays, and leveraging Claude, Clay, and n8n to automate processes, optimize spend, and accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing for enterprise buyers.
• Experience building agentic workflows and demos of their impact.
• Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline and manage cost per opportunity.
• Led multi-channel GTM campaigns with Sales on a single timeline.
• Experience in learning tech, customer education, or enablement software is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own quarterly qualified-pipeline targets in count and dollars; report to executives with actionable recommendations.
• Build and run agentic workflows behind growth using Claude, Clay, n8n; automate research, scoring, routing, and follow-up.
• Lead demand at top of funnel through events, partners, original research, and customer advocacy; measure engagement and pipeline.
• Lead account-based marketing as a core enterprise growth motion with 1:1 to 1:many plays.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns with Sales; align SDR focus to accounts.
• Improve conversion from first engagement to qualified opportunity; test offers and routing.
• Direct outside spend; manage contractors and agencies for creative, web, and analytics.
