SpaceXSI is hiring a meticulous Growth Marketing Manager to own backend execution of scalable marketing programs. You will design and optimize email automation (Eloqua preferred), drive end-to-end campaigns, and coordinate off-platform strategies with sales, product marketing, and engineering.

You will manage CRM data flows (Salesforce preferred) and ensure reliable, automated workflows across teams. This role thrives under pressure and requires exceptional attention to detail in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with email automation platforms; Eloqua experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and strictly adhere to QA processes for marketing campaigns and assets.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and run content strategy and editorial calendar for the B2B business.
• Own end-to-end email automation strategy and execution using Eloqua.
• Define and execute off-platform strategy including paid social, newsletters, webinars, and partnerships.
• Plan and ship integrated campaigns connecting discovery to advertiser conversations and on-platform spend.
• Manage CRM integrations and data flows, ensuring clean synchronization with the sales ecosystem.
