Qualifications

• Experience researching prospective clients.
• Maintaining and developing CRM databases.
• Supporting networking events and partnerships.
• Helping increase client referrals and repeat business.
• Producing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Monitoring social media engagement and marketing performance.
• Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Preparing correspondence, engagement letters and invoices.
• Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems and confidential records.
• Updating case management systems and databases.
