The role partners with content, IT, and operations to ensure HIPAA-compliant campaigns and data-driven decision making, leveraging AI tools like WRITER to optimize content and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Five years of progressive growth marketing/ performance marketing experience; at least three years in healthcare marketing.
• Experience with WRITER or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with patient journey mapping, content optimization, and CRO.
• Experience with CMS platforms and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes growth marketing strategies across the consumer journey to drive patient acquisition and engagement.
• Leads patient journey optimization including find-a-doctor experiences and appointment flows.
• Owns content strategy across websites and service line pages to fuel growth.
• Develops and implements SEO and GEO strategies for traditional and AI-powered search platforms.
• Plans and optimizes paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and display channels.
• Establishes audience strategies and analytics dashboards to measure ROI and patient conversion.
