Job summary

FS Studio in Boulder, CO seeks a Growth & Marketing Analyst to turn deep technical expertise into a high-performing inbound engine. You will design funnels, landing pages, and anchor offers, and craft content for LinkedIn, case studies, and landing pages.

You will also apply modern AI workflows, ship assets with WordPress/Webflow/Framer/Figma/Google Ads, and monitor KPIs to optimize for qualified leads and revenue across Americas time zones.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or inbound demand generation (B2B/tech/SaaS/agency a plus).
• Strong hands-on mindset: writing sharp copy, tweaking landing pages, setting up digital campaigns independently.
• Practical experience integrating modern AI tools/workflows to speed up execution.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High autonomy, curiosity, and bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Build Inbound & Demand Systems: funnels, landing pages, and anchor offers to drive qualified B2B conversations.
• Content & Campaigns: translate complex tech into LinkedIn content, case studies, pages, assets.
• Leverage AI workflows: use AI tools to speed research, copy, and content production.
• Hands-on building: ship assets using WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Figma, and Google Ads.
• Track & optimize pipeline: monitor KPIs and work with leadership to drive qualified leads and revenue.
