The Growth Marketer will own the acquisition funnel end-to-end, optimize conversions, and scale paid and organic channels from a remote-first setup. You’ll work with our small marketing team to turn launches into extended reach with data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Understand how developers think and how to market to them.
• Own free-to-paid conversion or lifecycle/activation.
• Analytical mindset with strong grasp of funnels and cohorts.
• Write clearly and ship fast with iterative experiments.
• Deeply evaluate data points and measurement methods.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition funnel end-to-end and optimize channels.
• Amplify launches to wider reach without excessive spend.
• Improve free-to-paid conversion with lifecycle campaigns.
• Improve landing pages using SEO and AI recommendations.
• Evaluate paid spend across sponsorships, ads, and events.
