Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Business Manager for Denial Prevention / Revenue Integrity Solutions in a remote US role. You will lead growth, engage with clients, and coordinate resources to optimize revenue cycle workflows and healthcare information management.

The position requires extensive RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CDI experience, a bachelor’s or higher degree, and strong leadership with ROI-focused outcomes. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution plus fifteen years in RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CDI or coding.
• Minimum 5 years in revenue cycle and health information management.
• Ability to engage with C-Suite and communicate strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering growth products that benefit revenue cycle teams.
• Partner with sales, marketing and clients to drive revenue expansion.
• Serve as SME for Denial Prevention and Revenue Integrity Solutions.
• Lead initiatives aligning resources to meet strategic imperatives.
• Demonstrate ROI and build client references through success tracking.
