Schweiger Dermatology Group seeks a growth-focused marketer to own acquisition and retention across our patient base. You will analyze data to uncover new opportunities, shape paid and lifecycle programs, and drive campaigns that convert opportunities into measurable results.

The role emphasizes cross-channel activation, AI-driven optimization, and collaboration with clinical operations to scale growth across Schweiger’s network.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or consumer businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives across the full patient funnel, from acquisition and paid marketing through onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
• Dive into patient cohorts to identify untapped segments of value and design campaigns for high-value segments.
• Leverage A/B testing and pilots to test tactics, analyze results, and scale winning ideas.
• Design retention funnels through email, SMS, and other channels to keep patients on schedule and re-engage at-risk patients.
• Support cross-sell efforts into cosmetic and allergy services to expand care offerings.
• Assist expansion to additional verticals as Schweiger grows.
• Use behavioral insights and AI to launch personalized, high-performing campaigns.
• Build dashboards and reports to extract insights from data; collaborate with clinical and operations teams.
