• Ability to track KPIs, maintain dashboards, and analyze performance reports.

• Proficiency in marketing analytics or reporting tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Understanding of healthcare marketing and patient privacy practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, digital content, and provider-specific initiatives aligned with goals.
• Ensure messaging reflects brand standards and strategic priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and provider growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Practice Operations, providers, and local leadership to translate business needs into plans.
• Lead provider profile management across Rater8, Rave, and other platforms.
• Monitor reviews and online reputation trends; coordinate compliant responses.
• Track website traffic, digital inquiries, and engagement metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards; present quarterly performance to leadership.
