Schweiger is a leading dermatology group seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid and organic patient acquisition. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, SEO, and AEO, building high-converting funnels and analyzing cohorts to identify valuable segments.

This role owns new patient acquisition for Schweiger — paid and organic. You'll manage paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and others), build and optimize organic channels (SEO, AEO, organic social), and design the high-converting funnels that turn traffic into booked patients. You'll dig into patient cohort data to find our highest-value segments, build campaigns to acquire more of them, and run a disciplined test-and-learn process to keep improving results. This is a mix of hands-on execution, agency management, and cross-functional partnership with the Schweiger team.
Compensation Range: $95,000-130,000
This remote position is open to candidates located in the following states: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, and California.
