Mercury is building a fintech-focused platform and is expanding its Corporate Development function. The Lead will drive M&A, fundraising, investor relations, and strategic projects directly with the CEO, CFO, and executive team, shaping Mercury's growth trajectory.

You’ll own pipeline, diligence, integration, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, while also supporting investor updates and fundraising narratives.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an in-house Corporate Development role at a tech company
• Direct experience on live M&A deals including diligence, modeling and execution
• Experience driving post-close integration with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to size analyses from quick estimates to full models
• Comfortable working with AI-enabled workflows and translating strategy into actions at pace

Mansioni

• Lead M&A pipeline tracking, target sourcing, and maintain a live view of strategic opportunities
• Collaborate with Product and GTM leadership to surface M&A or strategic partnership opportunities
• Oversee Market Intel and competitive signal analysis to inform executive decisions
• Support investor relations and fundraising activities with board materials and narrative
