Job summary

Félix is seeking a Product Lead for Acquisition and Activation to drive user acquisition and early activation across its consumer lending products. You will own end-to-end journeys from new-to-Félix users through first and second loan, establishing robust measurement, optimizing conversion, and designing scalable growth loops.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Credit, and Compliance while supervising AI-enabled analysis and prototyping.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product or growth management, fintech focus preferred.
• Experience leading high-velocity growth pods in consumer lending or credit products.
• Strong track record with acquisition/activation loops and funnel analytics.
• Ability to write clear product docs and communicate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set growth direction, OKRs, and roadmap for lending acquisition/activation.
• Own acquisition/activation loops to maximize first-time borrower conversion and second-loan progression.
• Lead discovery with research, funnel and unit-economics analysis; run experiments.
• Manage cross-functional pod across engineering, design, data; drive delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, Platform.
• Address funnel and measurement barriers; track new vs existing loan journeys.
• Oversee AI integration with governance and quality controls.
