Job summary

Félix is hiring a Product Lead for Acquisition and Activation to drive user growth and early activation across consumer lending products. You will own end-to-end onboarding and optimize first-to-second loan progression, building measurement frameworks and scalable growth loops aligned with risk and unit economics.

You will lead a cross-functional squad with engineering, design, and data, partnering with Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Platform teams to ensure robust funnel

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product or growth management.
• Fintech exposure with consumer lending is preferred.
• Proven ability to run growth pods and ship rapidly.
• Experience with A/B tests and unit economics.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• High ownership and ability to operate with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set growth direction and roadmap for acquisition and activation.
• Design and scale acquisition loops to attract new users.
• Lead discovery, experiments, and data-driven optimization.
• Manage cross-functional pod with engineering, design, and data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Platform.
• Oversee AI integration with guardrails and quality checks.
