Félix is seeking a Product Lead for Acquisition and Activation to drive user growth for its consumer lending products in a hybrid US-based role. You will own and optimize the end-to-end journey for new-to-Félix borrowers, improve first-loan conversion, and balance rapid origination with credit quality and unit economics.

You will design scalable growth loops, supervise AI-enabled discovery, and collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, and Platform teams to maintain rigorous risk

Formación

• 7+ years in product or growth management in fintech or consumer lending.
• Experience leading high-velocity growth pods.

Responsabilidades

• Define growth strategy and squad priorities for consumer lending acquisition and activation.
• Design and scale acquisition loops to maximize first-time borrower conversion and progression to a second loan.
• Lead discovery with funnel/cohort analysis and drive experiments to scale winning tactics.
• Provide direction for cross-functional end-to-end delivery in engineering, design, and data pods.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, and Operations for aligned handoffs.
