Clera is seeking a strategic growth marketer to own demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement for a B2B software portfolio. You will partner with marketing, product, design, and sales to build repeatable programs that drive pipeline and support product launches.

This remote-first role invites Europe-based candidates within CET time. You should have 6–8 years in growth or demand roles, a track record of pipeline generation, and fluency in English writing, with comfort using AI

Qualifikationen

• Six to eight years of experience in a high-growth environment in B2B software.
• Proven record of delivering demand generation or content programs that generate pipeline.
• Proficiency with Claude or similar AI tools and using AI features to streamline work.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, data, analytics, and software products; ability to discuss technical topics with engineers.
• Excellent English writing, clear copy, strong organization, autonomy, and design sense.
• SEO and GEO experience; familiarity with CMS like Framer or Webflow; HubSpot usefulness.

Aufgaben

• Plan and run integrated campaigns around product launches, industry events, and company announcements.
• Lead an industry awards program and build community to reach new audiences.
• Build and optimize demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels and track to pipeline.
• Grow a micro-influencer program with practitioners, investors, and software operators.
• Build automated workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled processes connecting CRM, product data, and marketing channels.
• Set up tracking and reporting from first touch through closed-won and document automations for reuse.
• Develop product positioning and launch plans; update the website and customer newsletter; create sales enablement materials such as battlecards and customer stories.
