Job summary

Decentralized Masters, through Inflection Club, seeks a Director of Growth to own the engine turning attention into applications and members. You will build partner networks, manage growth infrastructure, and scale paid or organic channels.

This is hands-on, founder-facing work with ownership in a fully remote, international team. We value a strong, data-driven track record, ability to work independently, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Track record of growing high-ticket memberships or education-style offers.
• Hands-on with partner-led growth: affiliates, event partners, referral channels, and distribution relationships.
• Experience driving growth through founder/personal-brand distribution, especially LinkedIn.
• Experience owning marketing infrastructure: newsletter campaigns, website and funnel, VSL or application flow, and conversion paths.
• Willingness to be hands-on - you will do your own partner outreach and deal-making.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed: you have built something from zero and do not need to be told what to do next.
• Comfortable with data: CAC, conversion rates and payback clearly reported.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies to scale the business.
• Identify and activate affiliates, event partners, and referral channels.
• Turn founders' personal brands into repeatable paths from attention to application.
• Build measurable acquisition systems for monthly qualified applications.
• Plan and optimize paid channels if pursued.
• Own newsletter, website, funnel, VSL, and application flow.
• Instrument the funnel from first touch to sale and report leaks.
• Lead weekly growth reviews and manage contractors.
• Scale the growth team as numbers justify it.
