Job summary

Metronet, a fast-growing fiber-optic provider, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to develop strategic relationships and sell Ethernet Services, Fiber Internet, and Hosted solutions to government, higher education, medical, and finance sectors. You will set appointments with C-level executives and drive complex sales.

Based in the Des Moines, IA area with remote flexibility, you will manage a travel-heavy territory, build account plans, and deliver organized proposals while negotiating

Qualifications

Five or more years of B2B sales experience selling data, voice, managed services, cloud, and/or video solutions to multi-location enterprise accounts.
4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Achieve an annual new revenue quota.
Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for our Enterprise product portfolio.
Develop relationships with large Medical, Government, Higher Education, and Enterprise accounts.
Travel to customer locations for in-person appointments and demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts with C-level executives and write compelling proposals.
