Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Growth Development Representative to drive the expansion of our network by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will identify primary care practices interested in joining our network and start conversations to understand their needs.

The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, highly motivated, and possesses excellent communication skills. This role is remote-friendly across US time zones with flexible geographic location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales, business development or similar role within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social selling).
• Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and fit for Aledade’s value-based care model.
• Collaborate with sales to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns; maintain records in CRM and Outreach.io.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Aledade’s solutions to communicate value to prospects.
