Job summary

Tribute, the leading monetization platform on Telegram, is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics Specialist to uncover growth opportunities across funnels, cohorts and creator segments. You will design A/B tests, build dashboards in Superset and Grafana, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for product, marketing and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product or marketing analytics.
• 2
• Research mindset with ability to turn findings into recommendations.
• Solid SQL, including window functions and data mart design.
• Experience with Airflow or similar tools.
• Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Superset or Grafana.
• Applied statistics for A/B tests and confidence intervals.
• Proficiency with AI coding agents.
• Ability to explain findings simply to non-analysts.

Responsibilities

• Find growth opportunities across funnels, cohorts and creator segments.
• Dig into changes in key metrics and find their root causes.
• Design A/B tests and interpret the results.
• Develop marketing analytics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, attribution.
• Communicate findings to product, marketing and leadership.
• Build data marts and schedule their updates in Airflow.
• Design and maintain event tracking together with engineering.
• Build dashboards in Superset and Grafana.
• Automate recurring reporting, data quality checks and metric alerts.
