Metropolis is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Growth Marketing to translate massive transactional and behavioral data into engines for user acquisition, retention, and gross profit expansion. You will lead growth measurement, causal inference, and experiments, partnering with Growth, Product, and Finance to drive business outcomes.

You will build scalable analytics pipelines, utilize AI tools, and translate complex data into actionable business strategies while collaborating with executives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 6+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or Analytics Lead with growth focus
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for complex data manipulation and predictive analytics

Aufgaben

• Design, deploy, and refine predictive models for multi-touch attribution, CLV, and CAC efficiency for budget allocation
• Conduct cohort analyses and retention modeling to drive user conversion and churn insights
• Lead growth experimentation roadmap with A/B tests, geo-tests, holdouts, and incrementality studies
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Finance to optimize unit economics and channel growth goals
• Partner with analytics and data engineering to establish event tracking and scalable data pipelines
• Develop automated dashboards for executives and stakeholders using modern analytics frameworks
