Job summary

Aidigital is seeking a Growth Associate / Business Development Representative to identify target accounts, engage key decision-makers, and schedule Discovery Calls for the Growth team. This fully remote role covers the USA with flexible hours.

You will travel monthly to designated markets for agency visits, perform multi-channel outreach, and log all activities in HubSpot to maintain a healthy pipeline. Collaboration with Planning, Growth, and BD teams and strong relationship-building are

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in media, advertising, programmatic, broadcasting, digital media, AdTech, MarTech, or related fields.
• Strong new business development experience including prospect research, outbound outreach, relationships, qualification, and pipeline generation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage decision-makers.
• Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities and meet pipeline targets.
• Willingness to travel for agency visits and industry events.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools; familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customer accounts and key decision-makers through research.
• Execute omni-channel outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to schedule Discovery Calls/Demos.
• Travel monthly to designated markets for localized business development and presence.
• Track and report all activities in HubSpot CRM for pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Planning, Growth, and BD teams to align sales strategies.
• Share relevant LinkedIn content to boost personal branding and company visibility.
