The role starts commission-only at 15% on revenue with no earnings cap and potential for base salary or draw after performance is proven.

You will prospect, discover client needs, present the Professional Package, and guide clients from sales into fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales, business development, marketing, or professional services.
• Ability to develop relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong listening, discovery, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for qualified businesses and professionals.
• Develop relationships via LinkedIn, email, phone, networking, referrals.
• Conduct discovery to uncover positioning, messaging, credibility, and marketing challenges.
• Present the Professional Package clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of prospects and opportunities.
• Coordinate with leadership and production as clients move to fulfillment.
• Maintain client relationships and identify future service opportunities.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
