Job summary

Teton is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own and scale its digital growth engine. You will lead the strategy and execution for email marketing, website performance, and paid media to build a measurable growth motion that yields pipeline and revenue.

In this role you will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Territory leads to design growth programs, run experiments, and build the systems that power them while continuously improving performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles.
• Strong experience managing email marketing, website optimization, and paid media.
• Experience operating marketing platforms such as HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and analytics systems.
• Demonstrated ability to design and run growth experiments across channels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and pipeline impact.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Teton’s Digital Growth Engine by designing and operating systems across email, website, and paid media.
• Lead Email and Lifecycle Marketing with newsletters, product announcements, and nurturing.
• Optimize Website Performance to improve conversions on key journeys and landing pages.
• Run Paid Media and Demand Experiments across LinkedIn and industry outlets.
• Build Marketing Infrastructure by connecting marketing systems to CRM and reporting.
• Support Campaign Execution with Product Marketing and Content for launches and narratives.
