Job summary

WeScale teaches print-on-demand sellers how to build real brands. Founder Chris Heckman has sold over $30 million of his own print-on-demand products, and the audience he's built is one of the largest in the space, with a small team by design.

WeScale is seeking a remote US-based full-time contractor to own paid acquisition on Meta and Google, manage email campaigns in Klaviyo, and optimize funnel conversions across the Blueprint quiz, BuildMyPOD, and sales pages.

Qualifications

• Run Meta and Google ads with real budgets and accountability.
• Manage end-to-end email campaigns in Klaviyo or similar with flows and deliverability experience.
• Build and fix funnels and work with attribution tools like Hyros.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition on Meta and Google, including retargeting and cold traffic.
• Own email end-to-end: list, flows, weekly newsletter, and onboarding.
• Own funnel conversion across the Blueprint quiz, BuildMyPOD, and sales pages.
