Unframe, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for Product Solutions to lead a team of PMs focused on enterprise AI applications delivered on the Unframe platform.

This role blends customer collaboration with end-to-end product ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment. You will drive 0→1 initiatives, shape opportunities, and ensure delivery from initial idea to deployed solutions, working with Fortune 500 customers on complex use cases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership of PMs, in high-growth or complex environments.
• Experience guiding enterprise AI or complex platform offerings.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end products from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Managers delivering high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Partner with customers to define problems with clear ROI and success metrics.
• Navigate ambiguity to shape opportunities and drive 0→1 products and POCs.
• Make trade-offs across speed, quality, and scope while delivering on commitments.
• Own a portfolio of solutions across multiple engagements and customers.
• Coach PMs to prioritize, unblock, and execute across fast-paced projects.
• Collaborate with Platform, Engineering, AI, and GTM teams to drive reuse and scalability.
