Unframe, an AI-first startup, is seeking an AI Transformation Architect in San Francisco. You’ll be the first technical voice in conversations, join early discussions, and demonstrate solutions built on Unframe to help prospects connect their needs with our platform.

This outward-facing role spans Sales, Product and Marketing, involving live demos across industries and guiding technical discovery to envision what is possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales or product management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, APIs and cloud platforms.
• Confident presenting technical products to diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and demos in early-stage calls with Strategic Account Executives.
• Deliver compelling live demos tailored to customer pain points and use cases.
• Translate customer pain points into AI-powered solution examples.

About The Role

As a AI Transformation Architect at Unframe, you’ll be the first technical voice a prospect hears. You’ll join early conversations, showcase real solutions built on Unframe, and help potential customers connect the dots between their needs and our platform. You’ll demo AI-powered use cases across multiple industries - from finance to cybersecurity to operations - and guide technical discovery to help prospects envision what’s possible.

This is a high-impact, outward-facing role at the intersection of Sales, Product and Marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Strong understanding of enterprise software, APIs, and modern cloud platforms.
• Confident presenting technical products to both business and technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed — you know how to ask the right questions and build strong relationships.
