Charlie Health is hiring for a part-time 1099 role delivering remote, telehealth group sessions for adolescents and young adults. You will facilitate groups using a variety of modalities and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to provide high-quality care.

Requirements include a Master’s in mental health and experience with youth, plus proficiency with Zoom, Slack, Gmail, and cloud-based tools. Strong communication and reliable internet are essential for flexible evening/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Skilled at facilitating group treatment.
• Comfort with delivering telehealth sessions via Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks.
• Meet monthly with supervisor/director for check-ins.
• Respond to email/Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Facilitate groups for the full hour and keep to schedule.
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and updated curriculum.
• Collaborate with care team and therapists.
• Maintain thorough, timely treatment notes.
