Community Resources for Justice is seeking a remote Group Facilitator for the Greater Bridgeport, CT area. The role involves facilitating domestic violence program groups for court/probation referrals, maintaining rigorous client documentation, and collaborating with other service providers.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field. Minimum experience in domestic violence varies by education level. Some evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, CACD, or closely related field; or pursuing degree (Master’s preferred).
• Bachelor’s level applicants: minimum 3 years in domestic violence field.
• Master’s level applicants: minimum 1 year in domestic violence field.
• Group leadership/facilitation experience and collaboration with co-facilitator and staff required.
• Knowledge of CT criminal justice system and area providers desirable.
• Strong written and verbal skills in English; Spanish a plus.
• Must know Word, Excel, Outlook and have database experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide group facilitation for domestic violence programs for court/probation referrals.
• Complete and maintain records and reports on client progress and services.
• Collaborate with other treatment providers and staff/programs.
• Attend clinical supervision and trainings per program requirements.
