Job summary

ADTRAV is seeking a Travel Operations Specialist to support day-to-day management of group air programs for a dedicated client. You will act as a subject matter expert, assisting agents with questions on applications, processes, procedures, and policies while ensuring service levels are met.

Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, configuring systems, managing meetings via GDS, QA reviews, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a group booking and ticketing agent; international experience a plus.
• Experience with VIP clients and providing high-touch, white glove service.
• Knowledge of Sabre pricing to include phases.
• Strong knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes.
• Able to work remotely and meet home-office requirements.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass background checks and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a dedicated account and client program to meet service levels.
• Act as SME and assist agents with questions on applications, processes, and policies.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Onboard, implement, launch meetings, service and offboard group air programs for the client.
• Create and coordinate support tickets for system configuration per client requirements.
• Manage meetings and groups via the GDS and internal systems.
• Conduct QA reviews on meetings reservations and travel records prior to launch.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and provide regular updates to the client.
• Document department processes and train staff accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with travelers and the client.
