Job summary

You will drive schedules, manage change orders, ensure safety compliance, and serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, while staying connected to site progress from a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and floorplans.
• Solid understanding of structural systems, sitework, foundations, and sequencing of ground-up builds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ProCore (or similar project management platforms).
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when working with demanding clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ground-up construction and large-scale commercial remodels.
• Oversee site operations, subcontractor coordination, and field production.
• Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and job cost tracking.
• Serve as the point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
