Job summary

REZ Management is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for a remote role with regular travel to job sites across the United States. You will lead ground-up construction and large-scale remodels, coordinating field teams, schedules, budgets, and client communications.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in ground-up projects, strong blueprint interpretation, and proficiency in PM tools.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and floorplans.
• Solid understanding of structural systems, sitework, foundations, and sequencing of ground-up builds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ProCore (or similar project management platforms).
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when working with demanding clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ground-up construction and large-scale commercial remodels.
• Oversee site operations, subcontractor coordination, and field production.
• Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and job cost tracking.
• Serve as the point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and construction regulations.
• Work effectively from a remote setting while staying closely connected to job site progress.
