Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lead Project Manager to own complex grid automation projects across Protection Relays, Substation & Distribution Automation, Monitoring & Diagnosis, and Systems & Services.

You will manage execution from tender to warranty close-out, serving as the primary customer contact and driving safety, quality, cost, schedule, and risk. You will collaborate with engineering, contract administration, finance and procurement to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 6+ years in electricity grid engineering or project management
• 5+ years in electricity grid engineering or project management
• Willingness to travel ~20% of the time
• Proficient with project management tools and methodologies
• Strong written and oral communication; English fluency
• PMP certification; experience leading project teams in grid/industrial markets

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from tender through warranty end and be the primary customer contact
• Build and sustain long-term customer relationships through proactive communication
• Collaborate with engineering, contract management, finance and procurement to deliver on time and on budget
• Own delivery, forecast accuracy, risk management and customer satisfaction for your portfolio
• Provide monthly action plans, sales/cash forecasts and project reviews to stakeholders
