The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in AMI, SCADA, DMS, EMS, and grid automation, with a strong background in power systems engineering and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with specialization in power systems or smart grids.
• 6+ years in power systems engineering focusing on grid modernization, smart grid technologies, or utility operations.
• Experience with AMI, SCADA, DMS, EMS, and grid automation.
• Strong understanding of power system analysis, grid stability, and renewable energy integration.
• Experience in developing strategic plans and roadmaps for infrastructure upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for grid modernization initiatives, incorporating smart grid technologies.
• Analyze existing grid infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technological solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate AMI, SCADA, and distribution automation technologies.
• Assess DER impacts on grid stability and develop integration strategies.
• Collaborate remotely with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure project execution.
