Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Advisor with Greek to join our remote team. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and social media inquiries from customers, resolving service issues and informing them about promos.

The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, excellent communication, and a client-first mindset. English and Greek proficiency are required, and experience is not necessary. This is a full-time remote role offering a home office setup and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Native Greek and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages on social media and live chat from customers.
• Help customers with service-related issues.
• Inform customers of promo events.
• Work shifts: morning 09:00-17:45, afternoon 13:15-22:00, (Working hours are according to the market covered)
• Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling.
• Suitable for people without experience.
