Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.

This role works closely with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision and manage risks with strong program management and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance, experience with HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1/SOC2, and the ability to multi-task and influence business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Audit/Risk/Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1/SOC2 experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and adapt quickly.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify risks across populations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to lead change.
• Self-starter with high energy and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and design mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform documenting controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives.
• Assist with internal and external audit responses.
• Evaluate control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Respond to audits/questionnaires with RxBenefits clients.
• Influence business partners and balance strategy with risk controls.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessments.
• Assist with policy, procedure, and standard development.
• All other duties as assigned.
