RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams. The role emphasizes strong program management, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a remote-first environment.

Based on market data, the anticipated annual hiring range is $80,800 to $101,000, with eligibility for short-term incentive. Candidates with 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance and HIPAA/SOC1/SOC2 experience are encouraged

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Audit, Risk, or Compliance.
• 3+ years with HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1/SOC2.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify risk across populations.

Mansioni

• Work with RxBenefits teams to identify and maintain a list of high-value assets and their threats to ensure risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise-wide processes to reduce security risk and mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on the health of the program.
