RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams. The role requires strong program management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Audit, Risk, or Compliance, with HIPAA controls and SSAE/SOC experience. The anticipated salary range is $80,800 to $101,000 annually, with a short-term incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and quickly change direction.
• Detail-oriented with ability to see connections and identify risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets and related threats to ensure risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to design and mature security controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on the health of the program.
• Assist with internal and external audits and respond to audit requests.
• Collaborate with RxBenefits clients on questionnaire/audit responses.
• Stay up to date with latest audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
