Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will work closely with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision and perform risk assessments.

The role offers a remote-first environment with a competitive annual salary range of $80,800 to $101,000 and eligibility for a short-term incentive. Experience with HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to work in a detailed manner and identify risks across a population.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits compliance vision.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives and inform on the program’s health.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Assist with policy development, procedures, and standards.
