Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives with the security and compliance teams.

The role requires strong program and project management skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task. The position offers a remote-first work environment, an annual salary range of $80,800 to $101,000, and a short-term incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with the security and compliance teams.
• Maintain and document processes across the enterprise to reduce security risk and mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed or requested by management.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports to inform executives about the health of the program and the company’s risk position.
• Evaluate the impact of control deficiencies in audits and drive actionable business impact.
• Balance business strategy with appropriate risk management controls.
