Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives in collaboration with security and compliance teams.

You will identify high-value assets, map threats and vulnerabilities, document enterprise processes, and assess risks to support risk mitigation strategies. The role involves maintaining the GRC platform, producing executive risk views, and ensuring controls align with HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to work in a very detailed manner while identifying risk and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets and threats to ensure effective risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise-wide processes to mature security controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Assist with maintaining the GRC platform documenting controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on program health and risk position.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Influence business partners to balance strategy with risk controls.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with policy, procedure, and standard development.
