RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives in a remote-first environment.

The role collaborates with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision and manage risk through the GRC platform. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Audit, Risk, or Compliance, with HIPAA controls experience and a sharp eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to work in a very detailed manner while identifying risk across a population.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits compliance vision.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce reports of security risk for executives and stakeholders.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with partners to balance business strategy with risk management.
