• Familiarity with sponsor guidelines and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors sponsored projects budgets and ensures expenditures and reconciliation.
• Approves purchasing documents and guides expenditures per grant policies.
• Prepares monthly financial reports for PIs and leadership.
• Tracks and reports grant closeout activities and required reports.
