You will prepare and submit financial reports and invoices, reconcile activity, and support audits within a regulated research environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• 2 years relevant experience in sponsored projects financial administration or similar role.
• No specific certification or professional license is required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and submit interim, annual, and final financial reports and invoices for sponsored projects.
• Reconcile sponsored project financial activity for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor awards to ensure timely financial reporting and resolve outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with departments and central offices to gather documentation and address reporting questions.
• Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation as needed.
• Process accounting adjustments and budget-related transactions to support accurate reporting.
• Support award closeout activities and ensure timely completion of closeout requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to financial reporting and sponsor communications.
• Maintain knowledge of sponsor regulations and Uniform Guidance affecting sponsored projects.
